ALL renters MUST register at the management office, and Harbor Cove Realty (if home is listed for sale.)

Shareholder Lots - Own a "piece of the pie" of Harbor Cove, vote on issues, pay $100 monthly maintenance, lawn service and all amenities included. Pay annual property taxes ranging from $300-$1100.
99 Year Lease Lots - No vote on issues, no monthly fee only $99.00 per year (start expiring in 2061), will pay additional fees for basic lawn service (approx. $300 per year), Recreation/fitness center ($100 per year), a slip in the marina ($360 per year), and a space in compound/storage ($360 per year). Pay annual property
taxes ranging from $300-$1100.
